"From start to finish it was an excellent I check in was Fast and efficient with self-service entry and instructions on how to do this well given plenty of time in advance the room is efficient clean lovely and fresh and came with a Wi-Fi the Smart TV all storage it's own little bathroom with plenty of free toiletries and I'm literally couldn't have wanted anything else for more I willsay that if I get the chance I will stay a third time highly recommend"

For a start The number given for check in was not working, luckily there was someone there who phoned them for us as there was no one in reception,contrary to what was advertised. When we checked in it turns out our room was in cricklewood(15 mins walk away),not in Chatsworth road as advertised. This is very bad and not fair on the guests. The room was not clean and we had to clean it ourselves, it was a tiny studio flat with a bed so small we could barely sleep, I...

"It is gratyfing to know that there is such a huge range of hotels in London - most of us would love to experience the best (usually the most expensive ones!) but due to financial considerations we find ourselves confined to the lower end of hotel provisions.
