"Lovely old pub with character, friendly staff and locals. Stayed 1 night with my son for rugby. Twickenham 10min walk. Was given a permit to park on the road for free and found a space 50m away. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and staff very nice, especially the Ukrainian lady who served breakfast. Very polite and efficient."

"Staff gets a 5 star, tube system 10 min walk, buses short distance. Park and Thames within walking distance, shopping mall 10 min walk. These accommodations had everything a hotel would have. Very dog friendly with snacks. Area very comfortable. My complaint was air conditioner didn't function and room very warm, staff worked hard in getting it to function ultimately relying on a fan, tube/ train system had disruption for the Richmond area which was a bit of a hiccup but no fault of the hotel....

"Reasonable value pub / bistro with rooms. Bar and restaurant are beautiful old victorian style and what might be referred to as a good old fashioned yet shabby chic boozer. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable and amenities are in order. Shame they dont do breakfast"

"This was a great find, the rooms are really quirky but brilliant, comfy clean rooms. The pub downstairs was a traditional Cockney pub and the food was fantastic and the staff so friendly, Will definitely stay again"

"Great spot close to Twickenham and Twickenham Stoop. Lively bar with a nice atmosphere. Small miss-hap with my payment as I made it part in cash, but it was sorted quickly and professionally. Bargain price for the area and a good (included!) breakfast. Main improvement I would make is a bathroom refurb in the rooms - was clean but very worn. "

"My husband and I stayed for one night and loved our stay. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed by staff at the bar. We had 4 suitcases and in no time we had 4 different male staff members taking our luggage up one flight of steep stairs to our room. Later when we went downstairs to the bar we were made to feel very welcome. Couldn’t fault this property. Thank you. "

"Lovely food, nice beer, clean rooms, no noise when the windows were closed. Room was a little small, but adequate for a single person, it was a single room. Every thing worked. Car parked and good access to roads and a short walk to Osterley tube station."

"Used the Kilburn Arms just for one night during our family’s trip to London as its only about 12 minute walk from a Jubilee tube line. Nice and friendly staff, who showed us to our room. We had a family room (quadruple) which was great for us. King size bed and 2 single beds. All very comfy. Parking was for free just on the side street,but that’s because we visited this over weekend. So we left the car there after we checked out and returned to it just as we were travelling back home. Not...
