"The staff was very accommodating. When we requested an early check in, they upgraded us to 2 rooms instead of 1 family room. They responded right away to any requests we had. The rooms were modern and comfortable. The hotel was 1 min walk to the bus stop and 5 minute walk to Regents park. Would stay there again!"
