"Clean with all modern amenities "

"Staff gets a 5 star, tube system 10 min walk, buses short distance. Park and Thames within walking distance, shopping mall 10 min walk. These accommodations had everything a hotel would have. Very dog friendly with snacks. Area very comfortable. My complaint was air conditioner didn't function and room very warm, staff worked hard in getting it to function ultimately relying on a fan, tube/ train system had disruption for the Richmond area which was a bit of a hiccup but no fault of the hotel....

"I've attended this property to host professional events a few times and the staff and venue are always very helpful and friendly. This was the first time we stayed here in one of the suites, which was absolutely sublime and perfect for our needs. It was clean and comfortable with great facilities. The only slight criticism I'd have is that if there is an event on the noise carries into the rooms and can be disruptive until late. I understand that commercially it's a balance in keeping guests...

"Really lovely pub with great hotel rooms and parking (at an additional £10). Staff were friendly and helpful, there was a lovely outdoor space and the food (we stayed on for Sunday lunch) was lovely. The rooms were clean, comfortable and stylish, the pub décor was also stylish and comfortable. Don't really know how well connected it was to public transport as we drove there and then walked everywhere we wanted to go. All round great experience and would stay again if I needed to be in that part...

"I chose the smallest room for 1 night and it was very reasonably priced. Although small it included kettle, fridge, storage, safe, great fan, hair dryer. Private Toilet and sink were clean and all was functional. I found the location preferable to a much more expensive airport hotel as it is so near to the tube and took less time to get to terminal 5 than a hotel shuttle would. "
