Barcelo Tropical amenities are good. Food, drinks and daily events at the pool are good as well. The nightly shows at the theater could have been better. The market inside the resort is great, and walking distance from where we stayed - this is an added bonus! Overall, our stay at Barcelo is excellent! Would recommend to...

"Tequila restaurant needs to improve its customers satisfaction , I only got reservation at 9pm and most of the items in buffet were missing . Also the buffet at grandtulum needs to refill its food for lunch and dinner times especially when there is still an hour to closing time. Coba buffet and service is very good and satisfying."

"There are many amenities offered which is excellent, unfortunately the staff does not give any of this information upon arrival and you have to find out on your own. Also the staff is unfamiliar with the property so it’s hard to get any directions to get to different areas of the property."

"Almost everything was great. Property, scenery, animals walking around free was a plus. Staff was incredible. Only thing that was horrible were the beds. If beds were comfy, 5 stars all the way. We stayed 7 days and last 2 days were unbearable. But other than that I would go back. "
