"Love this spot. There seems to be a lot of complaints, but the value here is great. No coffee maker, we bring a small single serve. I also recommend bring a Roku or similar streaming device. The grocery store is in walking distance. The pool isn’t circulated, so sometimes rain brings in debris. Plenty of loungers and there is a bar and restaurant right next door on the beach. Overall I think the value here is much greater than an all inclusive."

"The location is right on the beach and it's secluded from all the noises and parties from a block away. My cabin was by the pool overlooking the ocean. In May, the weather can get to 95-100 deg so having ocean breeze helps. The room is very spacious. The only drawback is you can only turn on a/c from 8pm-8am. I would definitely come back."

"What an amazing place. My husband and I have decided moving forward we will always stay there when we go to Tulum. I have to admit that the noises coming from the other rooms were kind of annoying. But we decided to make the best of it "

"I loved the vibe of this hotel, calm and relaxing which is opposite of the party vibe in tulum. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. I did a yoga class that was fantastic with a wide open and breeze room. The chef was kind enough to prepare a simple meal for my husband who had a stomach bug. Gaby went out of her way to bring my breakfast out to the beach :) Tulum has really changed from our last trip 7 years ago and it feels super busy but this hotel makes you feel very relaxed! loved it "

"It was an absolutely wonderful hotel!!! A boutique hotel, so fairly small which made it very quiet and peaceful. Our room, a king ocean view with a small pool ( I think all the rooms have their own pool) was just beautiful!!! Staff was awesome! We loved it so much we extended our stay 2 more nights and were still here!!! We will be back for sure🤗"

"We enjoyed our stay at Delek. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They helped us book airport transportation and also helped when we wanted to rent a scooter. The beach was clean considering it is sea weed season. Yes, you can hear the music but this is from other establishments across the street. I brought earplugs and had no problem falling asleep. The room is nice. I would recommend this hotel. "

"Right on the beach. Beautiful landscape and friendly staff. Only thing is no coffee in the rooms and restaurant did not open till 8, but usually could get coffee by 7am. A short bike ride to Tulum ruins. "
