"I loved the vibe of this hotel, calm and relaxing which is opposite of the party vibe in tulum. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. I did a yoga class that was fantastic with a wide open and breeze room. The chef was kind enough to prepare a simple meal for my husband who had a stomach bug. Gaby went out of her way to bring my breakfast out to the beach :) Tulum has really changed from our last trip 7 years ago and it feels super busy but this hotel makes you feel very relaxed! loved it "

"Our first visit, but no our last. My wife and I were just there for our honeymoon. The grounds are amazing, the room was great. The food was good, not great. But with the amount of choices you have dining options, everyone can find what they want. The pool scene was very cool. For the money you cant beat it."

"We highly recommend that you take the monkey sanctuary tour with Cesar as a guide. Without his enthusiasm and knowledge, you won't see the true value of this place. The glamping was romantic and fun. Our place was close to private lovely cenote Great value if you can get here by car or cheap transport. Not convenient location. "

"Local thief’s broke in to our room broke into the safe and stole all are money and jewelry We reported to the local police and hotel management have videos of the break in. The hotel have donde nothing for compensate our losses worst resort ever be aware. "

"For the money I would suggest the Hyatt next door. A very annoying layout with elevators out of order and the property in general showing wear. Also annoying checkin and checkout. Much better options available in the area."

"It was a beautiful condo, super clean. We just freak out when we arrived because we thought the AC didn’t work. It was complicated to get there and find the entrance but Laurie helped us a lot, step by step and she was very nice, always responded my texts thru WhatsApp, we appreciate the service! "
