"Absolute paradise. This is a spectacular beachfront hotel, and by far exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the beachfront rooftop room with a jacuzzi, which was a stunning room - probably the best room we've ever stayed in. The view was a dream. When it was too hot for the beach, we sat on the balcony, sipping drinks and looking out over the turquoise sea. We came to celebrate a special birthday, and when we arrived, the hotel had decorated the room and placed a chilled bottle of sparkling...

"Pros: Food is amazing!! Property feels safe, tranquil and very relaxing. Cenote room is private and very unique. Grounds are fun to walk and well taken care of. The spa was nice even if you don’t pay for a treatment. Cons: Room could’ve been cleaner. No dinning options with A/C. Facilities are showing age. Beach not good; rocks hiding underwater. Gift shop wants $37 dollars for a normal sized sunscreen. I went across the street and got two for $34. "

"Right on the beach. Beautiful landscape and friendly staff. Only thing is no coffee in the rooms and restaurant did not open till 8, but usually could get coffee by 7am. A short bike ride to Tulum ruins. "

"The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The restaurant options were excellent. We especially loved the Sushi and Mexican restaurant. My only complaint (and this has nothing to do with the resort) is parents didn’t watch their toddlers and allowed them to play on the bar stools at the swim up bars."
