"At arrival our room was ready even though we were early, so that was nice as we had a long flight. We were taken to a room in the basement, kind of thru me off as I was not expecting that, but we were told we were lucky as our was one of the few rooms with ac. Guess I missed that in the description when we booked. Or was cool so ac would not have been an issue for us anyway. The room was comfortable and based on other reviewers good for the London area. But we did find it very noisy, we heard...

"This was a cozy hotel in a good location. While it was not terribly walkable, it was usually quite easy to get a taxi or uber wherever we were going. The only issue we had was that the facilities were somewhat dated, so that caused some difficulties with the elevator and whatnot. But the stay was comfortable, and it suited our needs. "
