"I booked the two top floor (4 bed) rooms for my sister's hen party and it was the best decision of the whole trip. The rooms were lovely and big, super clean and very comfortable. We checked in late in the evening after the receiption closed but they left really great, clear instructions on how to get in and the keysafe so it wasn't a problem at all. "It was a basic compact room, which had all the requirements for a brief overnight stay. The shower was a little restricted for my size, and the bed was also small-ish, but as our occupancy was about 12 hours, it was fine. The location was very convenient for Paddington station, which was perfect."

"Reception is a 5/6 min walk away. The TV remote did not work, two of three light build did not work over the mirror in the bathroom, house rules are on the line of concentration camp, in poor condition, dirty and dusty, no bedside light, It was not an apartment as all I got was a Fridge and kettle. The only plus was the location but with some many options in the area I will not be staying there again. It was the pits! "
