Terrific location! Loved walking to Abbey Road, Hyde Park, Kensington and Buckingham palaces and more! Our double room is tiny but functional. Water is marked non potable but there is a water station downstairs, where there is a sitting area for your take-away meal. Would absolutely stay again. Superb value!

The hotel is a 3 star as advertised. It has no lift so if you are on any upper floor you must carry your bags up. The single room was small but met my needs. Pleasant staff, I did not take in the breakfast, so cannot comment.

Convenientaly located near Paddington Station and affordable is a great combination. Climbing the many stairs was a bit of a workout, but I was aware that there was no lift when I booked this hotel. Overall a great stay and I will definitely return next time I am in London.

Excellent Location. Room was very small, basically just a bed, but it was clean and pleasant enough. I could hear everything in the room next door. Great option if you just want somewhere to sleep, safe and convenient. Breakfast is not included and is an extra charge, which I didn’t realise when I booked, but you can make tea/coffee in your room and find cheaper breakfast options around the area.
