"The staff were cheerful, welcoming, helpful and considerate. They answered any queries or concerns. Nothing fazed them to help or find out for us. Walkable distance from Paddington Central Station. Plenty of eating places and coffee shops. Very near to central London. Quiet and safe place to stay. Actually ONLY 3 stars were given because the sink and shower did not drain well probably due blockage in the pipe work. PLUS We didn’t complain as we only stayed one night. ALSO the room...

"Very charming hotel, nice continental breakfast with option to pay modest money for a fried egg and bacon. Staff was friendly, and helpful, check-in and checkout were effortless. Although full, very quiet hotel. We never entirely figured out the TV. But that’s not why we came to London. Loved the bathtub. Spacious and comfortable room."

"The room was a small single but very clean with plenty hot water. There is no elevator but no problem for me. The staff, who are very nice, helped take my suitcase up. It’s an easy walk to Paddington Station with lots of medium priced eateries near by. A choice for a short stop over from Heathrow."
