"I’ve stayed at this hotel quite a lot in the past, but I think they are lowering their standards lately. The fire alarm kept going off for quite some time late in the evening. I tried to get a drink from the bar and they wouldn’t serve me. I understand they don’t work open the bar all But when you disturbed the fire alarm, I thought it should be possible to at least get a drink To say this is a five star hotel they need to look at their policies"

"Staff were nice..the room was really small and jaded. It served its purpose and the beds and linen were fine. The water was hot which is always good. Definitely needed a makeover. Good location. Breakfast thrown in with the price."
