"Perfect location right on the Royal Mile, everything we wanted to sew was within walking distance. Lovely check-in staff, could not have been more helpful. Clothes washing machine broken so staff organised a laundry pick-up and drop-off for us for free. Apartment was basically clean, but floors were dirty (needed a vacuum or good sweep). 1 of the 3 TVs didn't work at all, 1 didnt work properly (coax cable bent so signal dropped in and out constantly), but the other (in the bedroom) worked...

"The property was in a quiet area close to all the places we wanted to go and with a wonderful park nearby. The staff were amazing and able to help with all our needs. The only issue I had was the worn furniture and the scratches on the wood floors. "

"All in all, this is a decent hotel. The breakfast included in the price of the room is excellent. The staff was very professional, ready to assist and otherwise extremely accommodating. The room, while in excellent condition, could use a lounge chair in which to sit, a luggage rack on which to place a suit case and more electrical outlets ."

"When we arrived we couldn’t get in as someone was already in the property. Spoke to Nicki who sorted it quickly and even took the time to bring us an extra towel. The property is conveniently located but is in need of some TLC. Not much to sort it out. The shower is terrible either too hot or too cold"
