"I would like to acknowledge Justyna Zmuda. We arrived late at night and we had an issue with the bathroom fan, it was very loud. We complaint and nothing happen until Justyna came to our room and gave us few options, promising it will be fixed the next morning and it was. She is kind, smiling and even gave us good suggestions on where to go and what to see. She made our visit in raining Edinburgh very pleasant!"

"I loved the ambiance of this place. It was in a convenient spot as it was only 5 min walk from many of our tour meeting spots and sights we wanted to see. Check-in was a breeze, staff was friendly and let us store our luggage. Only negative was the size of our private 4 bed room. It was the smallest hostel room I had ever stayed in. Very little space to open our suitcases "

"What a gem! This hotel has everything and is located in the heart of the Royal Mile. Monica was so helpful when we checked in after a long travel day and took great care of us when we had breakfast and checked out. The beds were so comfortable, the bathroom felt like a spa and having a drink and dinner right downstairs was a bonus. My daughter and I were able to take in all the sights of the Royal Mile and enjoy the luxury of our room after a long day. Thank you for an enjoyable visit!"

"It was closed your Pic was from a year ago it is covered in scaffolding and not open for 6 months I paid in advance and had to pay again at a sister Hotel (Raddisson) who demanded £2900. when I had pd over £3400 to Expedia. "Excellent location - 1 minute walk to Royal mile, grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping. Beds very comfortable, very clean studio apartment with small apartment size washing machine (very loud but convenient), Would stay here again! Staff very pleasant. "
