"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and charming, the staff were helpful and friendly. We could walk everywhere from the location, close to train station as well as some good breakfast places and a yummy award winning ice cream shop ! Thank you! "
"I would like to acknowledge Justyna Zmuda. We arrived late at night and we had an issue with the bathroom fan, it was very loud. We complaint and nothing happen until Justyna came to our room and gave us few options, promising it will be fixed the next morning and it was. She is kind, smiling and even gave us good suggestions on where to go and what to see. She made our visit in raining Edinburgh very pleasant!"
"It was closed your Pic was from a year ago it is covered in scaffolding and not open for 6 months
I paid in advance and had to pay again at a sister Hotel (Raddisson) who demanded £2900. when I had pd over £3400 to Expedia.

"Check in very poor - standing in a very crowded area with no indication of where to queue, or any staff available. One of the worst hotel check in experiences I’ve had. "
"What a gem! This hotel has everything and is located in the heart of the Royal Mile. Monica was so helpful when we checked in after a long travel day and took great care of us when we had breakfast and checked out. The beds were so comfortable, the bathroom felt like a spa and having a drink and dinner right downstairs was a bonus. My daughter and I were able to take in all the sights of the Royal Mile and enjoy the luxury of our room after a long day. Thank you for an enjoyable visit!"
"Location was perfect. The room had no sitting chair and a small table like the other hotels so we had to sit on the bed, that was a little uncomfortable. But overall it was a nice place. "

"Excellent location, staff, clean, loved the water filling station. Only critique is the pullout bed is extremely uncomfortable (but that likely can’t be changed). Overall wonderful stay, would return! "
