"I loved the canal view from my room. There is a swimming pool and a "pool" was created with ocean water and tropical fish, that has water flowing in from the boat canal. It was early May, low season, when I stayed and I felt like I had the place to myself. The room was nice and had everything I needed. You might want to rent a bike or a golf cart to get around. "Omg! Where do I start? This was the beeeeeeest resort ever. Everyone was nice, especially Dianara (i can't spell her name correctly) She was very accommodating helped us book cabs, order takeout, reserve ATV's and she had them delivered to us. Whatever we needed, she got it done. I never want to go anywhere else now. The resort was breathtaking and the SPA was top tier. I'll be back before the summer is over. "

Therefore there was nobody available to check us in and had we not spoke Spanish, would have been in a difficult situation.
