"It’s a studio room that easily sleeps 4. There’s not much “hangout” space—no patio or balcony, but the location is amazing and the beach proximity was great. Wish the window that looked out in the ocean had been cleaned. It was so dirty we could really see out if it. Basically, this is a no frills place but served us well and the service by the management company was great."

"I have stayed at this complex several times in the past. This was my first time in this unit. It is newly remodeled and very nice. I highly recommend. Our group was just me and my wife and 8 year old daughter. The unit is small but it was adequate for us. The king size bed was very comfortable. I would have preferred a second bed, but it worked out fine. Kitchen and bathroom were great. There is a Weber gas grill to use which was clean and operational. I would definitely stay here again. "We have stayed here several times and it never disappoints. The casita is perfect for 2, the beach and water are a short walk and 10 minutes from downtown Tulúm. The lovely couple that are the caretakers are wonderful! Can’t wait for our next trip!"

"We had a lovely time in this simple little hut with fantastic views of the ocean. No direct beach access, but if the water is calm enough you can go for a swim by clambering over the rocks. Easy to do with rubber soles. Otherwise there's a lovely beach a short walk away. The house is very basic, but the landlords take great care to make you feel welcome."

"Great fresh space. AC, coffee pot, blender and stove top worked well. Plenty of clean bottled drinking water. Steps to the beach with comfortable lounge chairs. Private garden patio with beautiful table. I would stay again. Thank you!"

"The room was nice and the maid service was amazing. But the last week we were there I stepped on glass in the pool. And it was tons of small shards. Which caused excruciating pain. We removed what we could but I just spent 4 hours having tons of pieces picked from my foot. This ruined the end of our trip and I know this isn’t the condo owners fault, it really sucks I paid to stay extra days and couldn’t even utilize them.
