"Staff were friendly. There are alot of homeless out in the mall. Glad of the card access to get into the building as use lift. It's within walking distance to the waterfront and Beatles story. The booking was made with laundry access in mind. Both floors had one washing machine out of action. The following day my washing machine failed, putting on a 15 minute wash became 90 minutes with no spin and then on spin separately that failed. They say the machines are serviced daily, all that would be...
