"Both check in and check out we’re quick and the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in room 219 the laminate flooring was un even and had holes. The bathroom had down lights hanging from the ceiling The jets in the bath led to the bath being dirty when used. There was small open door next to the bathroom that led to a room that wasn’t used or meant to be seen. The aircon was left on all evening and didn’t change the room at all. "

"No problems with anything. Yes, we knew about the breakfast bag - no complaints there. But trying to sleep when the only light for the bathroom reflects through the mirror onto the bed. Fit a dimmer switch, or move the mirror onto the opposite side by the bathroom door - or, fit one of those small blue lights in the bathroom, which allows you to see at night without disturbing anyone else in the hotel room."

"The property was originally Liverpool airport and at the back of the hotel are vintage airplanes ,very cool. the hotel staff were great . the manager Elizabeth was always present hands on helping to ensure everything ran smooth. We will stay again if we return to Liverpool. Very happy "
