"Enjoyed our stay. The first night, there was a party in the room next to ours and couldn’t sleep. Sent a message to front desk and in five minutes, it stopped. Thank you for what you did. Next morning, took a shower and the tub drain wasn’t draining properly. Mentioned to front desk manager and was fixed. Thank you. Beautiful room, nice pillows. Would love to stay again! "This is a beautiful hotel in a wonderful, though very busy location. The staff at the hotel is excellent. The property is a little dated, but it really isn’t an issue at all. The size of the rooms can’t be beat. We had a cathedral view, and it was stunning."
