The sheets were not static as some guests mentioned and yes the rooms are small but I have stayed in NY many times and these rooms are bigger than the average. Yes it’s a little bit dated but it’s in such a great location and besides who comes to NY and spends all their time in the room. "The stay is great - one suggestion is to pls cancel the luggage fee - your hotel is decent - and a decent hotel doesn’t charge fees for helping your clients to check their luggage for a little bit before or after the time they are check in or check out. Otherwise I would have have really enjoyed the stay. "
