"Breakfast was a bit difficult, but we tried to eat at the busiest times. The elevators were overloaded at times. "

"It was a very nice and convenient location. We had a very good room with two queen beds, a closet and a mini fridge. To our luck, we got a view of the Empire State Building if we looked up. We loved how close it was from everything, including Time Square. I would definitely stay here again! Only bad thing I have to say is that it took like a month and weekly calls to the hotel to get our deposit back. "

"Breakfast was really quite incredible considering the number of people who were there!! Fruit, pastries, eggs, protein and potatoes or biscuits every day. Room was functional with modern clean bathroom. Front desk staff could not have been more helpful!!!"

"My stay was very nice. The staff were pleasant and attentive, my room was clean and quiet, and all of the appliances worked properly. The location was central to the events I had tickets to, so I did not need a cab until the day I checked out. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The businesses around Hilton Gardenview Chelsea are floral wholesalers and the street in Spring smelled wonderful, which is a feat in NYC. The hotel was clean and well equipped. The front desk staff were helpful and held our luggage as well as arranged transportation to the airport for us which arrived on time."

"This is a nice safe hotel that has excellent views of Empire State Bldg. it was easy to Uber from and convenient to access all the things. It’s a little dated there are no usb connections in the room. The fan on our unit wasn’t able to stay on so the room could get a little stuffy. And the bathroom door kept locking behind us and we had to use a coin to open. But most importantly we were safe. Better off using Uber than car service. Car service charged us more and the wait was longer. "
