"Stayed with my daughter for a girls trip, staff were all so helpful! They got all our luggage to our room with ease, we were warmly welcomed after a long day of traveling. The café vouchers are perfect for grabbing a quick bite in the morning. The coffee was good, the yogurt and pastries were all delightful. The front desk even helped secure a taxi for us on departure! "As a New York hotel we expected a small room, and it was. The bunk beds were wider than usual bunks, and the mattresses and pillows really comfortable. All the staff we encountered were fantastic. So friendly but professional. The shower was magnificent. There were some dust bunnies around the bed frames, but thats nit picking. All the complimentry toiletries were generous in size and excellent quality. We didnt use all the hotel's facilities, but staff couldnt do enough to help when we needed...

"Fantastic boutique hotel that is about a 3-min walk from Grand Central. Midtown hotels I've stayed in recently have all felt really overpriced and dingy - this was a notable EXCEPTION to that rule.
