"Room was good. Breakfast was good apart from terrible coffee. Worst check in and checkout experience of any hotel I’ve stayed in. We had pre booked and pre paid but had to type all our details into a pad on the reception desk and accept terms and conditions that were too long to read. When we left instead of just handing in our keys and telling the receptionist our room number we had to type our details again just to get confirmation that we didn’t owe anything. "Excellent hotel, it was a surprise to have such a fantastic experience. Service great, rooms comfy and clean, food available all hours. We even got free gym and swim (both amazing) the next morning. Gym/swim was free for a club room, £5 additional for other rooms. Can't recommend enough"
