"Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

There were many good shops and restaurants a few minutes away, and it was very easy to get to the other parts of London, either by bus or the Underground. "The room was good, the pool was good, not many hotels in central London have access to pool. The pool is used for workouts and classes, I found this fine. Nice outdoor garden area with fish ponds. Not sure why the pond was dyed blue though. Really close access to High St Kensington tube station. We did high Tea, this was great the sandwiches and cakes were delicious. Option for late checkout with small fee amazing. The price was reasonable for the location. We got the 24mtr room, which was just right for us, i would not want to go smaller unless maybe a single. "
