"We stayed for just one night as we had concert tickets for the Royal Albert Hall which is a short walk away. We had a very warm welcome as returning guests and even a room upgrade which was nice. We also received complimentary glasses of champagne which was a very nice touch. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. We will be back though."

The largest Whole Foods in London is 5 minutes away along with any other shop you might need on Kensington High Street. The included breakfast is a great value. The staff are excellent and helpful. "We booked this hotel as urs closest to the royal albert hall. When we arrived, reception was very friendly and advised us thar we had been upgraded foc. We had a room with 2 floors, which my daughter absolutely loved! We all slept very well. "
