"This hotel is an absolute MUST if you want a 5 star lodging next to Heathrow Airport. Immaculate lobby, rooms and great staff. The airport shuttle ran every 30 min and was wonderful. I will stay here again."

"Super central in Reading... Clean, well-equipped. Lovely little pool and sauna area with pool/gym towels - all free for guests - great to keep the little ones occupied on a rainy day. Parking at the hotel's car park itself is costly at £19/night but they can validate some local multi-story car parks within 7-8 mins walk so not paying more than £7-8. Can also use the hotel car park to drop off luggage but it does take a little while to make your way in. "

"For almost every part of this property it was exceptionally. Sadly the staff (at least the reception staff) failed badly. When we arrived we were questioned if we book the room via Expedia, I said yes and almost instantly the room we booked, a king, was just not available. I told here that it was unfortunate being that I had booked the room months in advance and I needed to involve management. Almost as fast the room I booked became available. "I had a short but delightful stay at this hotel. I checked in early and was surprised that the receptionist at the front desk was able to get me in my room early. He was very kind, thoughtful and pleasant. The room was spacious and well equipped. I really liked the kitchenette. All the staff were pleasant and very helpful. "Lovely hotel with beautiful grounds to sit outside and enjoy a drink and some lunch. We paid for a large room with a four poster bed. The room was clean the only downside was the view, which was the roof top with all the air con vents which made noises at times and you could see into windows or other rooms, so really no view which was a shame for such a grand room (room 201 Prince Albert suite).
