"We adored this hotel! Clean, newly appointed features in the room, and great overall hotel amenities. We would stay again! We also loved the neighborhood it sits within. We were able to walk easily to many areas of interest, including a relatively easy 30-minute walk to enjoy the scene and get to the Royal Albert Dock. We highly recommend the Philharmonic Dining Room for dinner across the street from the hotel. "

"We were greeted by staff straight away as we arrived and checked in very quickly and given all relevant information. Our room was very basic and I think would benefit from some drawers for unpacking and storing smaller items beside the bed or under the TV. However, it was super comfortable and definately enough space! We visited the pool and spa which was nice and quiet without many others in there. Breakfast on both mornings was wonderful! Very good choice and all fresh, was hard to stop...

"Friendly staff, good accommodation and easy access to local attractions and shopping. The only down side the hotel is located on a road with lots of bars, which could be noisy for some customers and a plus for others! "

"Nice size room with plenty of storage space. Bathroom had god space for toiletries. Location was excellent for getting around city center. Albert Dock and beautiful architecture all around."
