"The residence is located out of the city which makes it a very quiet place for accommodation. The apartment had kitchen ware and very well working appliances. The only drawback for us regarding this residence is that you need to bike by the motorway to the Tulum Centro for which you have to pass through several trucks parked by the road, try to make yourself visible by your mobile phone flashlights and it takes around 15-20 min quite unpleasant bike ride.
