"Beautiful beachfront location. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The room is big and bed is comfortable . The cleaning staff was very helpful. The breakfast had plenty of choices and all of it was delicious. There is a small convenience store about a 2 min walk from the hotel. They do not sell alcohol, just an FYI . There are different restaurants near by inside the hotels which are open to the public. If you are wanting to go into town I suggest you rent a car or a taxi. There is a Cenote about a 3 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel location was clean and very quiet at night. Everyone at the hotel provided excellent customer service. "

"Todo estuvo excelente, es un muy buen lugar, si bien nosotros estuvimos porque hicimos ahí la pedida de mano (con un proveedor externo) y eso hace que la atención esté por arriba del promedio, el lugar es muy bueno, tiene todo, el pan del desayuno es delicioso, la atención se todo el personal es excelente, la playa es tranquila (porque Tulum), así que sí, muy bueno todo, súper recomendado. "Loved the resort, the staff, and the vibe. The only reason I might think twice before I book my next trip there is the restaurants on the resort. Although, the food was very good, the prices are outrageous. Everything is very overpriced. I paid $125 USD for a small piece of steak! And a $100 USD for one fish. "

"We was 5 min from downtown close to everything we wanted to get to. The hotel was very nice and clean. Rooms was big we had a ball for my birthday. Even though the whole town lights went out we still had a good time and was able to move around throughout the day. "
