"Absolutely amazing property! Absolutely top notch! One of the little extras, is that they give you a smart phone with free data and phone service while you are staying at the hotel! Would give my highest recommendation!"
"The staff was very attentive and wonderful. Housekeeping was so great. Super caring and attentive to details like needing more towels.
Disappointed in the restuarant located in the basement. Expensive and not worth it.
We chose this hotel for the upper rooftop view and the other Michelin restuarant on the property. Both were closed due to renovations.
Still a beautiful experience. The spa was great. They offer Turkish baths. Hot tub was always cold, a bummer.
Still a good value to stay at...
"It’s a very nice 5 stars.
Breakfast is awesome!
Cable tv is very limited
Some of the receptionist are awesome, but not all, it’s Rome…
Perfect location, just not the best time to come to Rome due a lot of construction going o …"

"It was so amazing! The manager/director Gusipeo ( I am sure I missed spelled his name)updated our room and we didn’t even ask for it. He greeted us every morning at Breakfast and gave us great site seeing ideas. "
"Spacious room and bathroom. Hotel staff very helpful and courteous. I'm taking back 1 star due to the property condition. Water drained very slowly in the shower and they couldn't do anything about it because it was due to entire plumbing system. Also there was water leak in the toilet bowl."

"Free shuttle to airport. We stayed the night of our arrival from the US and the night before our departure returning to the US. Allow 3 hours to check luggage and go through customs and security. After we found our gate we also had to take a train to a different terminal to board aircraft. "

"Absolutely love this place! Easy check in,
But, be ready to walk if you do not have a vehicle
Only one con, if you choose a standard cabana there is practically no sound insulation in between!
Wish they had cups, small refrigerator and ice, but we managed."

"This hotel was so nice! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located near the bus and train station, where you can also access shopping and restaurants/cafes at Termini Station. Nearby there were a lot of restaurants to choose from. It was quiet and super clean. The breakfast buffet was decent. There were choices and they changed the menu every day, while still having some staples. The beds were super comfortable and the AC in the room worked well. I would highly recommend this hotel! "
