"Excellent hotel however they need to address the ridiculous shower enclosure in the baths. Water gets all over the outside of the bath area and soaks the floor. No need for this type of incident in a high end hotel. Also no fan in the bathroom so unless you shower with the door open and the air conditioning on it’s a steam bath inside. "

We used their shuttle service from the airport and both to and from the Vatican and Trastevere. We did not go to the outdoor pool, but went to the indoor spa every day.
