"One part of the hotel is nice refurbished the other one is not. Unfortunately we got a room in the old part, but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, just the furnitures were old and seemed very used. We couldn’t close the bathroom’s door, it has to be fixed. "

"Enjoyed our stay! Room was not ready when we arrived but we were upgraded because of delay. Room was nice and airy. Neighborhood is safe and welcoming. Gelato steps from hotel. Wonderful restaurants within minutes. About a 30-40 minute easy walk to main landmarks. Would definitely stay here again. Far from the tourists but close enough for comfort."

The hotel helped me secure transportation to the hotel from the airport and transportation to the cruise port. Breakfast is unbelievable. The host and wait staff take the best care of you. "This hotel was so nice! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located near the bus and train station, where you can also access shopping and restaurants/cafes at Termini Station. Nearby there were a lot of restaurants to choose from. It was quiet and super clean. The breakfast buffet was decent. There were choices and they changed the menu every day, while still having some staples. The beds were super comfortable and the AC in the room worked well. I would highly recommend this hotel! "
