"We received an email from them as we landed at the Cancun airport to indicate our room wasn’t available, the replacement accommodations they offered looked in no way comparable. At least they quickly refunded our money but we were left to scramble to find another hotel during the cab ride from Cancun to Playacar. We’ve never had anything like this happen before!"

"The 2 bedroom property we stayed in was outdated. The bed was comfortable but shower water was not filtered. Outside our room there was a giant pile of rotting Sargasso (seaweed)that smelled really bad and was also attracting gnats, insects. "This was a great stay, amazing pool and easy beach access. Little bit strange when they needed to come in to photograph parts of the condo because it was in process of being sold but overall a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Would suggest they make it clear that you should enter at Corosol sign, we used apple maps with the address on Expedia which led us through not the greatest area but again really nice stay overall if you aren't needing the all inclusive experience "
