"A dresser for folded clothes would have been great. Otherwise, the hotel was superb. Nice breakfast and dinner dessert choices as well as many nearby restaurant choices. Within walking distance of the historic town center and a taxi outside hotel if needed. Beautiful decor and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in Guadalajara and at Hotel Morales."

"Great hotel staff, clean and well maintained hotel and room, very good location, short walking distance to Malecon and Romantic zone, lots of dining options nearby. Many small shops and vendors in close proximity to hotel. Easy to take a taxi or bus within a block or two from hotel. "

"Hotel is a bit dated compared to the other resorts but very clean. We had a three bedroom/ 2 bath suite which had two rooms without a view and the main bedroom with a balcony and view. Kitchen has everything to prepare meals but we had the all inclusive package and didn’t use it. Living room is spacious with an ocean view balcony as well. "The beach here is excellent with waves that are great for boogie boarding and the water temperature is perfect -- you can walk right in, but it is still cool enough to be refreshing. The staff is always warm and cordial and they always greet you when passing by. The food is decent, not five star, but good. The beds are very comfortable and every room has an ocean view!"

"Nice hotel. Pool water was too warm (not their fault - really hot in PV that time of year). Unfortunately for me, there was one single specific construction area - a temporary "box" sticking out of the structure which emitted extremely loud banging noises all day long, and it was directly above my room. A bit odd that the hotel was at least half empty, yet they assigned me a room right under the floor of the construction. "
