"The Evelyn was a really lovely boutique hotel. Very walkable, close to the subway system. Staff were great, bar was a nice place for a quick drink and the free "to go" breakfast is yummm...I was addicted to the Pain au Chocolat! So fresh and delish! We were put on a high floor and away from the elevator as requested so that was helpful because there was construction for part of our stay(no fault of the hotel, obviously) so a higher floor muted the sound a little...but DO bring earplugs...
