"Lovely modernised, tastefuly decorated hotel. Spotlessly clean lobby, lits and rooms. Super friendly genuine staff in all areas who take time to chat. Basic cafe, but great coffee served by friendly staff. Excellent bed and pillows in rooms. Nice furnishings, plus mine had a fridge, safe and sofa courtesy of an upgrade offer. The bathroom was spotless. Always lots of hot water, and clean, soft, towels. Decent quality soaps etc too. Housekeeping were great, quiet and respectful of guests...

"Great location with friendly staff. The standard room we had was relatively small and the enclosed area at the back made it quite dark. If you’re spending any time in room the opt for a better room grade if you can. Beds were comfy and everything very clean. Lifts were challenging as it was very difficult to get the key cards to work. Air con was loud. Though outside noise relatively quiet. Ensure you consider the additional “facility fee” when comparing prices as $30 a night can be a shock when...

"Desk staff were great. Breakfast wasn't as good as last time we stayed, but was still worth stopping for on the way out. Was slightly annoying of the cigarette butts that kept appearing on our balcony, especially as we don't smoke, assume the people in the room above did? I would recommend this hotel. "

"What I did not like was that on the Expedia website/app under the Fairfield fine print of hotel changes it stated I would be charged $50 per stay, per accommodation but was charged $100 for my 1 night stay. I feel this information was misleading. The elevators were not in proper working condition for it to be a hotel of many floors with many guests. One kept coming to the ground floor, wouldn’t open & go back up several times while the other would just take long. Rooms were comfortable & decent....
