"The staff, especially the front desk is amazing. The property location is awesome. Feels safe, close to major tourist spots and subways. The rooms are on the smaller side but then this is New York City. There are reusable water bottles available on every floor and dining options all around. The parking garage is a 5 min walk and the rates are subsidized for hotel guests. Overall a great place to stay. "

"Extraordinarily convenient for subway access and central to everything we did. The staff was helpful, friendly, and courteous downstairs. The room refrigerator was a huge bonus for us and our daily drinks we used for our trip. The cleaning lady's are ridiculously loud and shouting throughout the morning.
