"The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the pool and gym were very nice. Quick to switch rooms on request, providing ample water, helping with recommendations, and the breakfast was incredible for the price(plus they allowed take away). Was the equivalent of a 4 or 5 star hotel in America. Truly a great experience. 5m drive to Westlake."

It’s connected to a shopping wall and is in an area with lots of dining options and it’s a beautiful walk to west lake. The room itself is okay. It is a bit dated but comfortable.
