"The hotel is awesome! The only thing that we do not like is the jin sha restaurant at the hotel. Before we checked in, I did a lot of research online and this restaurant is supposed to be one of the best places to get local hang zhou cuisine. But we are very disappointed by the quality of the food despite of the fact that it is very expensive. "

"The hotel is located by the beautiful west lake, it is super clean and very quiet. The hotel helped me to arrange a hotel taxi (super clean Audi). The taxi driver - Miss Zhang was not only drive us to the local interests, but also provide a lot of valuable information and outstanding services for us. Will definitely stay again next year, highly recommended."

"This hotel/resort is an amazing place, the room is so clean and with very good layout. The personnels in the hotel are all kind and nice, well trained to deliver good services, and the housekeeper would greetings to you when meeting you in the hallway. Oh, their breakfast is one of the best part of the stay, so many choices and tasted so good we ate so much than cannot eat anything for lunch. last thing to mention, it's walkable distance to Lingyin Temple, 10 mins away for a walk thru a path...

"The staff are awesome! All were very courteous and thoughtful, they helped to push our luggages whenever we bumped into one. Special thanks to Ms Maggie 王淑霞 from room upkeep. I was very busy working in the room so I had no time to make up room. When I left my room, she will take the initiative to come up to me to book a time to change dirty cups and provide new bottles of water. So thoughtful! We had a wonderful stay. "

"This is no doubt a gorgeous property, and with a great location right beside West Lake so perfect for people looking for idyllic strolls beside the lake or a jog in the morning in beautiful surrounds. The letdown however were the rooms - they were unfortunately slightly dated. Should the rooms be refreshed i would have no qualms choosing this hotel whenever I come to Hangzhou"

"The stay was excellent. The staff r friendly and helpful. They always give a welcoming smile. I would like to suggest that the hotel line their dustbin especially the one inside the toilet because some guests absent-minded discard their toliet paper there, leaving behind a urine smell. While being green, the current methos is just not sustainable."
