We asked a simple question like what do you recommend and what's in the building infront of us and we got a "I don't know" 3nd of conversation. "The property itself while it needs some repairs is still beautiful. We had the terrace room overlooking Broadway and it was fantastic! The view from the lounge is amazing! A $1 million dollar view! The staff is so friendly and so helpful especially Valentina at the front desk. She did everything in her power to make our stay enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel."
