"The Pearl staff was very friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast much appreciated. Happy Hour wine bar and snacks was welcome in the early evening. This was our 2nd visit to The Pearl and I would definitely stay here again. The rooms are quite comfortable and quiet. The location is great!"

"Fantastic location - close to theatres, restaurants and half a block from Times Square (the part where the seating is) - so the area is hopping! This is a boutique hotel (not too many guests) with the most amazing showers (great water pressure!), free coffee/tea and refillable water station (no need to buy water)! Room was fantastic - we had the Executive double queen room - very spacious. Staff was wonderful - we will definitely go back!"

We asked a simple question like what do you recommend and what's in the building infront of us and we got a "I don't know" 3nd of conversation. The bar had a great view but service was slow and they never came back to ask if we wanted 2nds so we left. For the price of a simple drink you would think that service would be great..."

"The property itself while it needs some repairs is still beautiful. We had the terrace room overlooking Broadway and it was fantastic! The view from the lounge is amazing! A $1 million dollar view! The staff is so friendly and so helpful especially Valentina at the front desk. She did everything in her power to make our stay enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel."
