"Check in took a little longer than expected as there was only one front desk clerk and a really long line. It wasn’t her fault as I heard her mention she asked for help but the manager brushed her off. The room was small but worked for us. The view of the bay was amazing and it was so neat"

"I already wrote a review I thought was for both rooms. Tldr: Cosmopolitan is nice, great spot, good food and bars. Lanai suite is nice and enjoyed the stary. The check in process was the only part that felt less than ideal. Was told early check-in was available when arrived. Then proceeded to wait ..."
