"The rooftop bar was amazing. If you stay here, do not miss an opportunity to have a drink iup there. Rooms were well put together HOWEVER, the music was so loud the last two nights of my stay in the club area, I literally could not sleep. I was awake until 2am ? and had to get up for a flight....two nights in a row. Choose a room on a higher floor. They called this an "upgrade" but it was really not. I was on Floor 3 "

"I loved having two beds in the room and I loved the proximity to Bryant Park and Times Square and subway stations to get everywhere else. It was nice to have a coffee pot in the room, but they were a little stingy with the creamers and also with the shampoo and conditioner. We did not get a replacement every day and we ran out and had to ask for more."

DID NOT LIKE: • Poor First Impression: The LOBBY needs to be improved. It didn’t give a good first impression at all. A more modern upgrade to match the upscale location of the property would be helpful. • Uncomfortable Second Impression: The CARPET IN THE ELEVATOR needs to be changed. It was old, filthy, and very worn out."

"This was my second visit to The Renwick and I enjoyed it just as much as the first. The desk staff could not be any friendlier or helpful.They are truly kind humans. Our room was clean, the bed super soft, the shower hot with good water pressure and we were lucky enough to have a view of the Empire State Building! The location is unbeatable. 2 blocks to Grand Central and 3 blocks to Bryant Park. We felt very safe as well. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you!"
