"place was on a side street. You walked in and had to take an elevator to the front desk. rooms were small, as all NYC rooms are and i was a little out of the way for me to Wall Street. People were nice and there is much to do around the area."

5/5 Excellent
"Great customer service, great location and beautiful hotel"
A verified traveller stayed at The Westin New York at Times Square
"This is probably the second hotel review I’ve ever written, but my recent stay at the New Yorker absolutely warrants it. Two things, in particular, stood out.
First, the amazing staff. Besides the hotel’s prime location, the staff make you feel truly welcome. For example, the doorman remembered the name of my service dog. They consistently go out of their way to provide exceptional service with a personal touch.
Second, the upgrades. Unlike other hotels that claim to upgrade my room but make no noticeable changes, the New Yorker genuinely impressed me. Without any request, they upgraded my room significantly due to my extended stay. The upgraded unit had three rooms, a terrace, a walk-in closet, two bathrooms, and a stunning view of Midtown. They got it right, and I’ll be booking with them more often."
