"I only gave service a 4 star because of our reception. My hubby and I got in late, around 2am after flight delays. There was no one at the front desk and no bell to ring to get anyone’s attention. The security guard was sitting at a desk watching his phone, completely ignoring us. After almost 1 minute, I had to get his attention. He called for the receptionist who came after a minute. He did not apologize for keeping us waiting. They were lucky we were so whipped out and just needed to sleep....

"Club Quarters WTC is an excellent hotel, with well-designed compact rooms that make great use of space. Front desk staff are friendly, efficient & helpful particularly Marsha-Ann. Free good-quality coffee is available in the lounge area, a plus in an expensive city like New York. Location is excellent, close to subway stations & PATH to New Jersey. Highly recommended!"

I chose this hotel because it is located near the Staten Island Ferry and wanted to walk there the next morning at 5:00 am to take the ferry to the NYC Marathon. When I arrived at the Radisson the front desk told me that my booking was transferred to the Holiday Inn Lower East Side approximately 5 trains stops away.
