"I only gave service a 4 star because of our reception. My hubby and I got in late, around 2am after flight delays. There was no one at the front desk and no bell to ring to get anyone’s attention. The security guard was sitting at a desk watching his phone, completely ignoring us. After almost 1 minute, I had to get his attention. He called for the receptionist who came after a minute. He did not apologize for keeping us waiting. They were lucky we were so whipped out and just needed to sleep....

"The property is very ornate with a lot of character. The staff was amazingly nice, professional and very helpful. The room is 5 star!!! Overall what a great place to stay....our first visit. We WILL be back."

"Club Quarters WTC is an excellent hotel, with well-designed compact rooms that make great use of space. Front desk staff are friendly, efficient & helpful particularly Marsha-Ann. Free good-quality coffee is available in the lounge area, a plus in an expensive city like New York. Location is excellent, close to subway stations & PATH to New Jersey. Highly recommended!"

"Loved how close it is to wall street and the ferry. The breakfast and 24/7 free coffee is nice, since it's hard to find anything open at 11pm in the area."

"In a great area of Manhattan, walkable distance to restaurants and subway stations. Room was clean and modern. Not enough elevators for the amounts of floors in the hotel which means it takes a while to come up & down."

"I booked a studio suite at the Radisson Wall Street. I chose this hotel because it is located near the Staten Island Ferry and wanted to walk there the next morning at 5:00 am to take the ferry to the NYC Marathon. When I arrived at the Radisson the front desk told me that my booking was transferred to the Holiday Inn Lower East Side approximately 5 trains stops away. I was very upset that no notice was ever provided to me and in fact had received a reminder email of my Radisson booking only a...

"Stayed overnight only. Nice quiet room on 8th floor with all amenities. Nice breakfast buffet with hot items. Convenient taxi call next morning."

"It was a basic room, but enough for what we needed, would benefit from some renovation, toilet had a small leak around the bottom, and bathroom door needs replacing. The reception staff were extremely helpful, nothing was too much for them "
