"Very pretty, well kept communal areas and smelt gorgeous throughout. Very clean and spacious room. Staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful - we were greeted with a hello every time we returned to the hotel throughout our stay. Stored luggage for us with no problems before we checked in and after we checked out so we could make the most of our time around the city. Great location. Convenient for transport and walking to lots of popular tourist spots. Only (very small) criticism would...

"The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and it was in a great location. I enjoyed the Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator, water kettle and complimentary daily (small) bottle of water. The downsides were that it was really expensive for an outdated hotel room facing a brick wall and overlooking an alley. There were no outlets near the bed and only 1 outlet at the desk. There was nowhere to hang towels to dry so that we could reuse them as requested. "
