"We loved Hy Hotel Lytham, particuarly the staff and especially Maxine, who could not be any more helpful. Top marks for staff, cleanliness, location and welcoming atmosphere. Cannot wait to return! Steam room and jacuzzi were a little cold but that was just a minor negative. Hope to be back soon. "

"We came here after we got married for a little mini-moon. The room had rose petals on the bed which was a nice touch from the hotel - thank you! We stayed in the Flamingo room and made the most of the lovely copper bath. It was gorgeous. Big room with a seperate area with sofa tv and kitchenette. Perfect for one night but could also be good if you were staying longer. Couldn’t fault the hotel, had everything we needed and staff were super friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back...

"Lovely room and excellent communication for arrival etc. The reason I can’t give 5 stars is because of the poor breakfast offering. With the exception of the yogurt pots and fruit (which was grapes and a few blueberries) everything else was ultra processed (bread, cereal). Usually I’d have porridge. There was prepackaged chocolate porridge which gives you a sense of the rest. The coffee machine was one of those that you get at a petrol station - which you don’t expect these days in a good b&b....
